Following an early career in engineering and technical-commercial roles, Siddartha has held senior positions in global technology organisations, including leadership and people development responsibilities across geographically distributed teams.
Over time, his work increasingly focused on leadership effectiveness, stakeholder engagement, capability building, and professional development within complex organisational matrixes.
He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Monash University, professional coaching qualifications, and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
Siddartha is researching leadership effectiveness, organisational climate, and the role of reflective practice and coaching in contemporary workplaces.

Coaching Creativity was born out of the ever-increasing organisational challenges, leadership crisis and workplace chaos that our founder had faced and witnessed everywhere.
The practice has evolved from extensive work across complex organisational environments, both in India and Australia, with a clear focus on supporting sustainable leadership capability, people development, and professional effectiveness.
