✅ These terms apply to all coaching programs, training sessions, workshops, and community memberships.

✅ Coaching services are designed for business owners, leaders and professionals seeking growth and self-development.

✅ Coaching is not a substitute for professional mental health therapy, legal, or financial advice.

✅ Terms and conditions are subject to revision from time to time based on market conditions and discretion of CoachingCreativity. 

✅ Coaching Approach: I provide guidance, strategies, and action plans, but results depend on the client’s commitment and effort. 

✅ Session Duration & Format: Coaching is conducted online (Zoom/Google Meet) or in-person (for corporate clients, if applicable).

✅ Confidentiality: All discussions during coaching sessions remain confidential unless required by law.

✅ Coaching sessions must be scheduled in advance through the booking system. Alternatively, we will send you a meeting link for recurring sessions. 

✅ Rescheduling Policy: Sessions need to be rescheduled at least one day prior, i.e. 24 hours in advance. You need to attend the booked session, if you fail to do so and inform about your inability to attend further sessions and organise a new time. 

✅ Payments must be made in full before the coaching session starts.

✅ Secure online payments via credit/debit card, UPI, or bank transfer.

✅ No refunds for completed coaching sessions.

✅ If you’re not satisfied after your first paid session, you may request a partial refund or session adjustment.

✅ Access: Membership includes exclusive coaching content, live Q&A, and private discussions.

✅ Code of Conduct: Members must maintain professionalism and respect within the community.

✅ Cancellation: You may cancel your membership anytime, but refunds are not available for monthly subscriptions.

✅ All coaching materials, videos, and resources are copyrighted and cannot be shared, resold, or distributed without permission.

✅ Clients can use worksheets and templates for personal development only.

✅ Coaching results vary based on individual effort, mindset, and industry conditions.

✅ CoachingCreativity is not responsible for financial or business losses resulting from any of its interactions and practices with its customers.

✅ Clients are responsible for implementing strategies and taking action on their own.
